Booking terms

Please read these before you book — they apply to every appointment.

  • No children allowed.
  • No plus ones — no family or friends, only booked clients.
  • Bring cash for any remaining balance.
  • Card payment costs an extra £5.00.
  • Bank transfer costs an extra £5.00.
  • If your hair needs washing or blow-drying, please book those separately.
  • Detangling costs an extra £10.00, charged only if it is needed.
  • Please bring your own pre-stretched braiding hair for braids.
  • For wigs or sew-in human hair extensions, call to confirm availability and to request a price — we will confirm the cost before your appointment.
